Sample Image from a School Presentation
School Presentations
Castle Hill High School 2004

We have a number of local schools that have used
this for either year 6, 10, 12 farewells. The
presentation takes the student through their final
year. However this can be expanded to include
events from previous years. The collection can
include your choice of music in the soundtrack. We
can also add web links and even e-mail addresses
to the presentation.

Students, teachers and parents have been
extremely happy with the final results. This keepsake can be enjoyed for years to come.

The Collection ia arranged into chapters and operates likes a book with students turning the page. Each chapter generally has a different soundtrack. The music is usually music from that year's Top 40 charts, however, if you have a piece of music you want included we can incorporate it into the collection.

Presentation Features:
• No software to install. Simply insert the CD into your CD-ROM and wait for the Collection to start.
• You turn the page as you would a book.
• The pages can be printed or saved to the hard drive.
• Soundtrack can be turned on or off.
• You can place bookmarks anywhere you wish.
• Only limited by the number of photos you provide (approximate 600-700 can be stored on a 700mb disc)

What events should be included? Basically any event that includes the students involved. Here is listed of events we have included in other collections:

Swimming, Carnival Athletics, Carnival, Team Photos, Year Photos,
School Discos, Art Shows, Welcome Parties, Peer Leadership,
Formal/Farewell Nights, Award Nights, Camps/Field Trips, Football Games, Funday, Around the School, Graduation Days (we can take informal photos on the schools behalf if desired).

What else can be included?

What do we need? We need a list of all the students, class or year photos. Email addresses, if the students want them included, School logo on file (if possible).

Sample PageHow's it organised? We have found that it works best when the school has one contact point that organises the photos and all other information. This person could be the year adviser so that they know who is in their year. It is best that photos are provided during the year so we can prepare chapters as the year progresses. We will arrange a sample so you can sign off on the finished Collection.

What format should the photos be in?
We would prefer them in JPG or TIFF. However, if your school does not have a digital camera that is not an issue as we will scan any photos into a JPG format ready for use in the Collection.

How many photos can we have? As many photos as we can fit onto a 700MB CD. Generally we have had about 300 – 400

How much does it cost? We charge $11 a disc with no minimum number of discs. Most of the schools have included this charge in the cost of their farewell. This way each student gets a Presentation celebrating their time at your school that they can enjoy for years to come.

We need a 25% deposit by the 30th June so that we can purchase materials and have the finished Collection ready as soon as possible.Sample Chapters

When will your school receive the copies? For the year 12 students it can be possible that we have the Collection ready for when they sign off after the HSC. For other years it will depend on then their farewell and last days. Generally we will get the order to you as soon as possible. For $3 per disc extra we can post the finished CD directly to each student.

We can produce a DVD version of this presentation. However, we cannot guarantee that it will play on all players. DVD-R disc play on about 90-95% of players.
